UCJ-C Site List Updated

I've justed updated the UCJ-C Site list again.

But seeing I did it from scratch there is probably a tonne of mistakes in it so please send me your corrections via ICQ #25770872. Also Let me know if your site is a TGP as they're getting the top listings.

Updates should be more regular now as I've automated the page generation from my own database but it was painful entering all the details in by hand.
