suggestions/ criticisms ?

Can anyone give me suggestions and criticisms on my new site? It's my first teen site so I really don't know what works?
It has low prod. 25% of INs click. Any help will be appreciated

First, you have that javascript pop up asking if I'm adult. I had a feeling that something will pop up after that! And I wasn't wrong, dialer download window poped up! Also, when I finaly aborted download and closed pop up your page still isn't loaded, only blank page (but site is loading). Page showed after all files were downloaded...

I gotta feeling that this is your first site, not only first teen site.

I don't understand what you mean.

I run another site Celebir-tits.com, its almost at 20K, not too bad.
