Just because there is no copyright on the photo does not mean they are free for you to use!

there not bought there illegal. The photographer that takes them has the rights to them. Everyone that is useing them is in violation of copyright infringment.
The fakes of her nude are copright infringment because the original pic that her face is pasted on is liscensed as the original picture not to be altered

All pics have a copyright on them. You do not have to apply for a copyright like you do for a patent. It is automatic.

If you don't mind paying attorney fees for you and the person suing you, as well as the award they will receive from the court, there is no problem. It would be a lot cheaper to buy legal, licensed content however. Unless, you like going to court and dealing with attorneys, judges, and juries that is.
