Does Dialers Really Pay?

I used one time dialer and that was dialerprogram.com and they pissed off me really bad. And i didnt trust any dialer companies after this. But i see some people here really owns money from dialer sponsors. And i want to find a honest dialer sponsor who really pays and pays on time.

And accepts Turkey minutes.
