Yeah i dont know about these guys. I got an account there just to run some galleries on, cause it was cheap. I'd never put any of my main sites here. From what i've seen so far they have ZERO customer support.

Same thing happened to me yesterdy with Titanium. Site was not loading, couldnt log in, for 2 hours. Looking for a replacement host just for my CJ sites. Any suggestions?

Get your ass to Vector-force.com. Quick as shit and always up. And when ever you need anything Don is there. Quit fooling around with shitty hosting. Your not going to get anywhere if your site is always down.

Prohosters has been great up until February, then their support dropped a little.

Get off the virtual and onto a semi is my oppinion.

TwinTone........ that guy never ever sleeps...... I have been having hell with MY own shit all day and he's been right there to see me thru it, had his tech guy even helping me all damn night. I know for a FACT that there aren't alot of hosts that would be as attentive as they are over there at http://www.vector-force.com/

I still cant ftp into my titanium.prohost account. I uploaded some things 12 hours back and they dont show on my browser. What's going on? I dont get any response to emails. Anyone heard anything from them?

I talked to Prohosters when this started a couple of days ago and asked them what was going on, and got this reply:

"I can't explain this because of security reasons"

We exchanged som messages as I was not pleased with their answer... and I told them my sites has been down a bit much lately and asked when this was going to be fixed. The last I heard from Prohosters was:

"i don't give a good god damn what you think about my service. I will not even begin to explain the amount of time and effort my staff go through for your ridiculously low amount of money you pay us. I have no tolerance for this. ZERO. DO NOT TELL ME HOW TO RUN MY COMPANY. EITHER DEAL WITH IT OR GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I told you this is IMPERATIVE THE WAY IT IS. But could you be understanding? I think not. Of course not. Well, I wish you the same type of treatment as you give others."

Well.. my sites are back running on pro hosters. I am fed up with their shit service though. I spoke with Vector and am impressed as hell! Say good-bye to PH and run now! That e-mail he sent you is total bullshit. He says I don't CARE what you think about how I run my company, well, understand that you won't have a company much longer with that attitude!! Its almost like the devil took over that fools mind!! Its straight up fucked!

I still cant log on to prohosters. I wont be leaving them because they <i>are</i> ridiculously cheap, especially in harddisk space concerns, but I'll have to move my CJs someplace else. Or maybe I'll leave this one here and create new ones someplace else. I never did get any response for my 'emergency' emails, not even a 'We're in the process of fixing the problem'. They could at least have automated that reply.

My first time making the top100 at sextracker and prohosters goes down for 5 hours.
