How much can you make from TGP?

Hi Guys,

I've been fooling around with quality sites and CJ sites for some time now, but have never done anything with TGP yet. As it seems to be the fasion to start TGP's like hell (effectively fucking over CJ's http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif ) I was wondering: how much do you make? And how much trouble is it? Do you have to sit around and work on it each day? In other words if you have like 30 minutes a day to spend can you better:

-A: spend it chillin with your GF but stay poor http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif
-B: spend it on a CJ
-C: spend it on a Quality Site
-D: spend it on a TGP?

30 minutes a day??? then absolutly no TGP. you must work every day on a tgp, or you must have a real small one. Then maybe 30 minutes a day is enough.
I had a TGP, but i stopped with it. I switched over to CJing, but now after 2-3months of cjing i think i change again to TGP. Okay, with cj you can make money.. of course. But with a TGP you can make good money to. Because you can use good pay per signup sponsors who work real fine with TGP traffic, while these sponsors really suck on a cj site. And if you have a good TGP you have Bookmarkers, and imho the best traffic is still bookmarkers traffic... simple..
therefore... its really "hard" working on a TGP, especially in the beginning.

I always thought that ppl landing on TGP's where the ppl with no money at all (who else spends hours and hours and hours to find just some measily pics...) Furthermore my idea was when those non-having-money-ppl where on a tgp they would never ever buy anything again: no need: they've porn 4 free http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif

So let's say you've a 100k TGP (which doesn't sound me too hard to make) - how much do you earn from that?

Guess TGP is like CJ in stability? Especially if it's a 'trade' TGP?

I disagree - If you have to work more than
MAX one hour a day on a TGP, then you need
a better TGP script.

You should not have to write one line of html
to update your site on a daily basis, I had
a tgp once where I updated manually, inserted
galleries, uploaded via ftp etc.. - that was

Right now I spend about 30-40 min. posting 50-60 galleries and checking them.

The main reason I started my tgp again is
that I dont like to be dependent (sp?) 100%
on traffic trades, I hate when your server
has the sligthest little problem, or some
router or backbone is down your traffic takes
a shit.

With a tgp (with trades) you could be down
for hours and your bookmarkers would be right
there to kick in again when you went back
online.

If managed properly, a 100k/day TGP could probably give off $4-6k/month. Maybe more. That's a pretty wild guess though based on raw calculations.

BTW: As we all know numbers don't say a thing... with a 60k CJ1.95 site I made only twice as much as my 5k Quality site... (well actually 2.5 times).. so what if we say that the money ratio CJ : Quality is 1 : 4.8 (meaning that with each k of visitors you would make 4.8 times more with Quality than with CJ1.95 (calculation: 60k/5k = 12 / 2.5 = 4.8)) What would the TGP : CJ : Quality be?

TGP's are neither quick nor easy..
to get to where I was I working 140+ hours a week for 9 months straight before I was out of the red and into the black...
If you are looking for quick easy money try prostitution, it is it...
If you are looking for good great money, then sit down and be prepared to work 15 hours a day..

I said I thinked it was easy (I can't imagine it being harder than setting up a quality site - there _everything_ needs to be done by hand) and also said never had a tgp before, so if 100k is hard, let's say 50k..

I just started a clean TGP. It only gets 2k per day, and I get about 5 Teenmail Signups per day and a CE signup every week. Thats about $60 per week.

I know this doesnt help much, but at least its better than the other crap answers you seem to get here.

muchos, what you ask has no relevancy. a few people make over $10,000 a month on their cj or tgp sites. the rest make $60 or $100.

it's all about work, knowledge and a lot of other things. i can get a site up to 100,000 hits fast - but without knowledge, it will drop right back down - fast!

i make a living with the same traffic as a guy i know who doesn't make $200 a month.

insulting unconnected was fucked up of you - with 30 minutes left to spend, all the time you can spend is 30 minutes. and there's a lot of studying to do to make it in this biz.
