Netpond, Netpond Cash and the Uncovered sites

The Netpond board has scammed many webmasters by failing to pay the money generated by posting on its board. This wouldn't be too bad if it was just posting earnings that were lost, but many service providers have lost hundreds of dollars, and in several cases (including me) thousands of dollars.

In addition the Netpond sponsorship programmes (Netpond Cash and Cash Uncovered) have failed to pay affiliates for the signups they generated. The board and domains are still active and stealing traffic from webmasters who have not managed to move on.

I see that the porn industry's "nobleman" is trying to establish a name for doing good works by giving away some of the money he owes to Netponders.

My feeling is that it's a way to lose some of his obligations without making payments in full, and trying to make himself look good. At the end of the day, refusing to pay money that you owe is fraud, Offering to make a few donations to charities isn't paying off debts. Why can he pay the charities, but can't pay the people he owes the money. I hope that he will post links for the donations so that they can v=be verified by webmasters and ex-affiliates.
