Need some serious traffic

Give me some serious comments guys you`re the experts.
How can i get some more traffic and can i make some serious money with this site?

I'm already on weed right now http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif...bu I cannot see any YOUR advertising on this site (ya know, your banners, links to sponsors etc.)You also have so much content that you can make 2 or more AVS sites from this...Less content, more advertising..try to excite surfers...give them hardcore textlinks....
to increase your traffic: (first, make about 5 free sites from this big one)...add them to link lists such as pk.com, richards-realm.com etc...
