Trouble with Adult Check

I bought the domain adultchecklinx.com a few months ago to list all my adult check sites on it and I got in trouble with adult check. I had to take my site down. I took it down and now they ask me to transfer the domain to Cybernet Ventures, Inc. , the owner of the trademark adult check.

What should I do? I have 100s of sites listed at Adult Check and I don’t want to get into trouble with them and lose my listings with my other sites. Is this domain interesting for sell?

Why don't you explain to them that by running that site, and promiting the page, they are making more sign ups, and that its in their best interest for you to...?

This is exactly what I wrote but they are afraid of losing a lot of SE hits, and blablabla and that I've broken the law etc....

its not like you bought the domain, just to sell to them.
