Need all of your help

I am having a major productivity problem with my site, I think it is cause for some surfers it isn't loading or something like that. It is not what I send out it is the number of people that come to my site and actually click, it is http://www.super-celebz.com . I would appreciate any help whether it loads for you guys around the world or browser problems. The design has been changed many times, still I am sure there is something wrong with it.

I think it´s that 90% of your surfers click on a PIC and when it doesn´t open up one, they close the window and move on.....

That was happening to me when i was using to many pics...
Try remove some of the pics and use more textlinks (It also saves bandwith)like it was a TGP.

But i´m not the expert here, it´s just my 2 cent....

If a Site loads JavaSvript-Warnings and Download-Windows before I´ve seen anything of the content I will turn and run.

The same happened to me on www.best-celebs.com (http://www.best-celebs.com) . The traffic productivity was really bad. In the beggining I was doing fine, then I added a java alert and all the things went down. I guess most of the surfers close the window as soon as they click "cancel" on the alert. I just remove it and now the traffic productivity is much more better http://adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif
I guess that's what is happening to you also. I'm not sure about it, but you may try to remove your JS-alert for one day and look what happens.

Thanks alot guys, but I think there may be an actual problem with it.
The too many pic idea is a good one but the design up now was used on another site and got much higher productivity, with basically the same trade and sponsor setup.
The dialer thing good as well but still shouldn't be accountable the main problem.
This debugger does sound interesting though, it can't just be a normal problem, it is all over from one hour to the next now, 130% one hour, to 40% the next ?!?!
