fake prompt windows

Just curious, how do people make the fake prompt windows? They are basically a gif of a fake "Okay" "Cancel" window,a fake "yes" "No" window, "I agree", etc.

So you pretty much edit the windows text boxes with photoshop. I figured, but wasn't sure. I assume the fake mediaplayer windows are done in a similar fashon where one simply inserts a pic into the mediaplayer interface with photoshop.

Mmmmmm.... I don't think it's a good idea to use fake prompt windows in order to send traffic. That would kill your productivity on other sites.
I know blind linking thumbs is misleading. But that's how CJ works. Surfer clicks on a thumb waiting for the full sized pic to load, but he gets another site also full of blind links. And so on... until he is so fucking tired of getting almost nothing, that he ends up signing up to a pay site http://adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/biggrin.gif
BUT when a prompt window appears, he clicks on "ok" "cancel" "whatever" waiting for the problem to be solved, and finally another site appears... I guess most of the time he will close the new site's window...
In MY PERSONAL opinion, don't use them!

Ctrl-Print Scrn
and then just paste it into photoshop, or whatever image editor you are using?
