Im new, and sign up by maxcash...but in one week (4k per day traffic)i make no sign up.
Can anyone help me ?? what is the best way to make sign ups, now im sending exit to them

Exit traffic isn't the best traffic..

Try to download some of their banners and get your visitors to click on them.. It's much easier to make some signups that way.

Or submit some gallerys to some tgps and promote maxcash on them.. Remember that it's best to just promote one site on tgpgallerys and the right site if it is asian pictures on your galery Promote asian heat or asian pleasure and so on

I think you should try changing the layout of your site/page twice per week. Then compare all designs and check out which one gave you more signups. You can get some ideas from other sites. Just check out what others do and try something similar (do NOT copy).
