Where can I get the best av=mount of traffic?

Hi all, would like to know if any of you can give me some good places to get traffic from. I have tried several banners swaps and link exchanges, with no real luck. I have an online toy store and have gotten myslef place fairly high on the search engines using my keywords. Howeve, I would like to get more traffic and was wondering some good places to get it from?
