Does the name of my url can help to gain more traffic?
can I put forum to non-hosted blog?
how to earn money in blogging?

I suggest you to use twitter to promote your blog. Ask your twitter and face book friends to comment on it.

The name of your URL can help gain traffic if it has keywords within the name. i.e. if your blog is about bisexual encounters and your domain is bisexualaffairs.com or something along those lines it's likely to be a search term. As far as earning money, you could go with Adsense, and also try selling links to relevant buyers/advertisers....they'll find you after you establish a page rank and get a decent amount of RSS subscribers.
