Can anyone suggest a good blind click through program? One that pays and with the highest payout of coarse!

Highest payout is not always best... if you get 10 clicks counted at 4 cents and 20 clicks counted at 2 cents they are the same. You just want one that counts most clicks unless the highest one pays a lot more money than the others.

i always use nex-cash.com (or use my refer link nex-cash (http://www.nex-cash.com/affstats.asp?pswd=next6&user=20078) as i've been very happy with them. they go up to i think 3.5 cents for volume traffic, and they have targetted links, which helps a lot.
