I wasn't aware that we had sold it to any customers that haven't received their copy. To date we have only sold 2 copies because we were adding some new features to it, and making sure it was completely bug free.

I think we are due to start selling it as of today actually. But if we did promise you a copy and didn't install it yet, by all means let me know so I can remedy the situation.

I have TRIED AND TRIED to get you to install.

Repeated ICQ messages, repeated email messages, and more worrying, i have submitted the form THREE TIMES from your website.

I HAVE NOT HAD SO MUCH AS AN AKNOWLEDGEMENT of my correspondance.

You did infact promise upgrades to our copieS of v1 that we bought back in October.

Please, contact me and we can get this matter resolved as quick as possible.

I apologize if you weren't gotten back to. We replied to atleast one of your emails stating that installs have been held off till issues were resolved, and if you didn't get that email I apologize. I assure you I checked and are in a list of people who require installation and we will get you install as soon as possible.

I'm not trying to sound hostile Mr Garrison, but the second you took that $1000 off my hands and got linkx installed, you were never to be heard from again. This was back in Sep of 99'. No replies to tech questions or anything of the such, matter of fact I moved to a dedicated server many months ago and basically all I wanted was for someone to upload linkx v.1 to my new server. And I do recall being promised a free upgrade to v.2 if im not mistaking.
