Firstly I'd like to say while I used Amateur Pages I always got paid without any problems.

Though I do disagree on what young teen suggests. Basicly an 18+ Teen in my opinion is young. If you're running a reputable site of course you're only going to have 18+ teens. Its just putting 2 words that mean the same thing together in my opinion. What I'm saying is different people perceive it differently.

But I do remember Lensman having that on his rules page a long long time ago so when I sent him traffic I definitely made sure that despite my differing perception of what that description meant I made sure my site had nothing which could possibly infringe on his rules. Its Lensmans program, Lensmans rules and you've just got to follow them by the letter or otherwise you need to take it on the chin when you get canned.

Yes Crysty but he's had that explicity in the rules since I can remember. That's why you got canned. If you'd used some words similar then its perhaps open to some interpretation. But you used the exact example of the descriptions he's banned.

Its an owners of the programs right to define what's allowed and not allowed to promote in their program. And they're not doing anything wrong so long as they make it clear to their webmasters which in this case it was extremely clear in the rules. It doesn't matter if the rules are strange or we personally disagree with them.

If we disagree with a rule we can argue the point with them and point out why they might want to change the rules. But we don't have the right to break the rule EVER because we disagree with it. Once we do that then its our fault for being terminated.
