Are these free hosts actually any good? Free is cool unless it actually hurts your site.

I made good experiences with pimpserver.com they´re pretty fast for a free host and I hadn´t any problems. But anyway the banner size isn´t to big like on sexshare. Also pimpservers is not blacklistet on the most TGP this is the most important.
Best way is to spend 15 $ for your own domain and then you can always have a mirror site on a other server if your freehosts troubles you just redirect the site wherever you want. ICQ me for further questions
