I have a problem i started my new and first well thought cj site at interaid.com, it started out great:-) but today i suddently couldn´t log in via ftp, and my traffic drops:-(
I signed up at interaid because i read that they was used to cj sites/ucj 3.
Does anyone know what is going on with my site(no one is answering my support icq msges??)

I use interaid and havn't had any problems and have not noticed a change in traffic. Contact Teeto at 8566256, he is usually always around and will help you.

Thanks ride:-), but Teeto/simon is the one im referring to, when i say i havent recieved answers to my icq msg´s :-( , do you know if there is other support people?

I've had a lot of dealings with Teeto/Simon as a lot of UCJ-C scripts have been installed on his servers and what I've found is he's provided extremely fast support whenever its been required.

All shared hosts have their problems from time to time. The only way you can ever avoid that is to get your own dedicated server then you can be safe in the fact that nobody else on your server is going to overuse the precious server resources.

I've encountered several hosts where their response time to a problem is roughly a week providing you've sent at least 4 email messages. Teeto normally replies within minutes via ICQ if he's there which he is mostly.

I'd already spoken to teeto and he's fixed Frogs problem already. Apparently ICQ was down on him hence the slower than usual reponse.
