Softcore Blind Links Program Needed

As the title says, I'm looking for a sponsor which is softcore in nature and has a blind links program. I just sent over 3000 uniques to a sponsor and not a single conversion. The shittiest of the shit traffic apparently so I need a blind linker that you have used and pays.

What about conversions, they have any? If I can't get 1 in 3000 for this particular site I have, then I need something which can guarantee payment even if no sales come.
