this is what i have read on several messageboard also, and here in the netherlands it was on the news that CNN used footage of 1991 to show the "partying" people, because they didn't have any recent footage of it??

if the video was taken around 11pm our time (which seems to be just about the right time).
that would make it 6 pm their time

and thus... sunset....

NOT around 3pm as some of the videos show.
