Were they to your account manager or to support? Support can be a little hit and miss sometimes.

I know this is the wrong place to ask, but iŽll try anyway http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/smile.gif
whats the best counter for a non adult site? I only need to see how many raw/unique visitors i get daily and stuff like that.. I looked at nedstat.com but that service is not free if the counter is used on a commercial site..

The toll free number only works in the US. http://bbs.adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/wink.gif
I think everyone already with CCBill has an account manager so that should be your first point of contact with them. If you don't have one you'll just have to keep emailing support and hoping for the best.

If you are a paysite owner then you should indeed be emailing your account rep. That is the fastest way to get things taken care of since they have plenty of reasons to get you moving smoothly again --
If you have a problem with a check that's owed to you, whether it's partner or site owner, then accounting@ccbill.com would be the correct email.
If you have any other situations, then just email me -- kim@ccbill.com -- and I'll get it to the correct person.
I've mentioned this on other threads before and the offer is always open. I don't do anything technical so I can't help you per se, but I do know who's in charge of what and can get you pointed in the right direction pretty quickly.

Thanks, next question:
I finnaly got a reply.
I asked if CCbill would accept my site as a backup processor.
Reply: "see attachment"
So i check the attachement fun.pif
Normally i never open attachements but it didnt seem a problem since its from CCbill.
I tried to open it and it gave a data corrupt error.
I replied again asking if they could send it again.
After 1 hour i got it again with a different name: s3msong.mp3.pif
No written text only the attachement.
CCbill or not, i dont open files with names like that.
Kimmykim, whats up with that?

They replied, it was only a virus that CCbill sent, nothing to worry about.
