I have had about 5 of my layouts copied in the last month

Infact one poor guy even left my paycounter code on.. and there was happy me thinking one of my sites had jumped 20k :)

Yeah, I see that he used your html code, but his site looks diferent from yours. If I wasn't told by you I never would make connection between the both sites. Anyway, I would ask him to change his layout and to remove anything copied from you and then if he doen't I would contact his hosting compeny and make them to kick his but.
