Well... This was bound to happen. You can't simply go and publish videos/pictures of people without their permission, just becaus they are a bit whacky...

i have a lot of those videos, and sometimes i really wonder if those girls are 18. i mean sure theyre partying and drinking and taking their clothes off, but that doenst mean theyre 18.

we have to keep records, why doesnt this kind of company?

There's a difference if someone takes your picture or takes your picture and sells/publishes it...

It's called "reasonable expectation of privacy"- and these Mardi Gras/Daytona Beach chicks don't have it.

if that was the case then every newspaper and magazine and television news show will have to pay each and every person that walks in front of the camera,,,

shit i mean back at home people that got DUI's and arrested will get lucky and have their picture on the newspaper,,,

You can file a lawsuit for just about anything, no matter how absurd.

Winning a judgement however, is another thing entirely.

I am guessing that it will be dimissed.

This gal just wants to get some cash out of the deal and she's probably got a pro bono lawyer who is hoping they'll settle out of court.
