i do better with entirely new and creative sites - even if they have less "design" than the ars sites. not at all like amateurpages, however.

also i do best with sites that use text very effectively - they don't just tell you you get "over 100,000 pics" but something very strong within its niche.

Yes, I will have to agree with basschick on that one. Sites which are new and creative, unlike the ARS designs, do extremely well for me. The Text is KEY.

Would it be better to make a niche site for example mature, or would it be better to make a site for 2 niches. So I mean only a mature site, or a site with mature and housewife.
And what about the colors? How important are those for creating signups?

sites which do not look like a usual paysite are best for me - but thats just for very niche sites.
I tried to give my recent sites a kind of personal touch and it works very well. CREATIVE TEXT around preview thumbs do the trick (I think) - like you already read it on all webmaster tutorials since 4 years: dont tell them you have 100,000 pics, tell them what makes your site better than others

I believe you cant go wrong with a usual 600*400 front page ad and 2 tour pages for a teen site for example though..

I think there is too much hardcore and nudity in it. Like Sandy said I too think you must get the surfer horny by showing little nudity and not too much hardcore. Anyone got an opinion about this?

i don't like it. anything will sell if you throw the word "young" at surfers, but the main girl on the left is not attractive and she's obviously long since left her teens. if you have a teen site, show girls that REALLY look like teens - not twenties.

the big pics on the main page are all the same except for sunglass girl, who doesn't look young either. if you're going to have several models, couldn't some have some lingerie, or different hair (two in the center could be the same girl). EVERY thumb below is a better pic with more natural skin tone than the ones in the top main graphic.
