Since 6 weeks ive been using a sponsor that uses Ibill for the affiliate program. That same day i signed up for another sponsor that also uses Ibill. After one month both logins at the Ibill stats said "Change password". Its a build in protection i guess.
So i mailed both sponsors if they could change the pass. Within 24 hours i got a new pass for one of the stats, no reply from the other. 2nd mail, no reply. No problem, i mailed Ibill and kindly asked for a new pass.
After 1 day a reply that i had to fax them to get a new pass. I explained that im from holland and dont have a fax and really dont feel like going to some shop once a month to pay too much money to send a fax. reply: "give my your account NR." Me thinking: i dont have a NR, only a username and pass. I replied and asked her what NR she meant. That she didnt answer, only thing she could tell again is that i had to fax.
I replied once again and asked if she could contact the webmaster of the site in question and i asked her why the webmaster of that other site could fix me a new pass in no time while Ibill employees cant without a friggin fax. Answer, y'all guessed it: "please fax" Totally pissed off i mailed again with the before question...no answer.
She refused to help me, to contact the webmaster, to explain why that other webmaster could fix me a pass and now she refuses to reply.
