What sponsors are you using ?

I have tried several sponsors (pr signup) and are exitting from my site.

But the traffic wont convert, any ideas ?

Just one week ago it converted ok. Does others have the same problem ?

And in case who should I sell exit to (no spamming please!!!) I have 2 enter popups.
