A cronjob is a command that your host should set for the ucjdata.cgi with the result that it gets started every 2 minutes, updating your trade-stats.
Just mail your host and tell them to set it up, they should know what it is.

cron is a demon that lives inside your linux box.
You never heard of him on Buffy The Vampire Slayer?
Its actually quite good: http://www.kerp.net/cronjob/faq.html
Click here for the real link, only after checking out the site above: http://www.wildwebsites.com/support/cron-job-howto.html
Better to learn the stuff yourself than rely on an admin to do it for you.. IMHO.
