Anyone notice their minutes are way up on GIB today

I ususally get around 300-400 minutes on the GIB dialer I am using, lately its only been 250-300, but today I already have 536 with 5 more hours to go, this is almost as good as it was in the summer time last year, anyone else notice this, or any of you GIB guys know of anything on your end that improved the connection rates? Or is this just some kind of awesome fluke day?

My GIB minutes are way down the last few days, especially today. Strange.

Every Dialer company is effected.
Something about international lines are affected, I heard not to worry, its those countries that only pay us 2 cents.

The GIB system is running 100% normal today.

There were some problems with the 070 (UK mobile network) a few days back, but that is back to normal. This would affect traffic on the 070 countries only.

ICSTIS (a UK regulatory body) have recently been hankering to stop dialer traffic 070 network from April 2nd. The Telco's I've heard from don't think this should fall under ICSTIS and are waiting for the OFTEL Number Convention paper which they will adhere to, and so will continue to route some traffic after April 2nd.

In other words, EVERY dialer company using the UK mobile network may be affected by this regulatory action if it was taken. Basically, this is every country in the world where there is not a decent paying solution. This could effect GIB, niteline, ncc, and every other dialer company I know of.

We are currently testing new terminations in order to move traffic if this does take place.
