Banner Managment Script????

I am trying to find a banner managment script. It needs to:
- be able to manage banners of all sizes (even half and full page ads),
- be able to use on multiple pages in multiple spots of each page,
- be able to use multiple groups and subgroups of banner lists
- be able to use html, gif, jpeg....
- be completely random, of in order line by line
Also, I am looking for a script that can track how well different banners in different groups and subgoups are producing outclicks (so it will maximise profits). I am trying to keep the cost to a minimum, but I also want a high qualitly script that can take lots of traffic and maximise profits to there fullest. So, please list what you think are the best scripts and please include a link of where to check it out. Thanks a lot you guys (and girls)...

Looks interesting... but they don't exactly give away too much on their site about how they make their $$$ (or even how they work).

Care to post some info about them?

Well we have been running stat services for the past 5 years. I assure you, you can trust us.

As for how we make our money. Right now we make our money purely from referring customers to sponsors. If you use our auto-signup system, which signs you up for a sponsors, adds all their sites and all their banners automatically into rotation, we get paid a referring commision.

So we take NO traffic, and you make the same great rates you would make with the sponsors if you signed up yourself directly.
