Anybody know a Domain Registration site that does not require a credit card but will bill you via snail mail?

Nope but i know of places that are $15 for a domain if you aint got a card icq me i will register a domain for you and you can send me a check for the $15

I have registered a few domains through a free domain registration service, but i can't remember the url http://adultwebmasterinfo.com/ubb/frown.gif

I searched for "free domain registration" at www.HotBot.com (http://www.HotBot.com)
