In general, you'll find that less than 20% of the population here has a CC, of those, only a small percentage has ever bought something on the net, and of those, only a little percentage has bought the item with a CC (it's usually COD or charged to the phone bill)

additionally, CC's are a problem here because the interest rate is really high, so you have to be very careful with how you handle it...

you can extrapolate that info for most, if not all, of your Spanish traffic (except for the US Spanish traffic, which is maybe a 2% of it)

However, dialers work well with this traffic, although I don't know many that have member areas in Spanish.

Is there money to be done with it? yes, with dialers, and probably a really good amount, since we cannot chargeback on the phone bill and many people download and use dialers. (and most of the countrie's connections are dial ups too)

that's up to who's the dialer provider, http://www.tudialer.com is probably your best choice, but you have to speak spanish to sign up for it :D
