Multi and Standard Upload Help...

I know a few free host guys hang out here so this is my problem. I have tried a few free hosts that offer the above. I login upload the files, all goes well. I get to the page that says "The following files were uploaded" and it is blank and no files are in my directories. Anyone see this before? I can't figure it out. I've tried Netscape and IE, taken down my firewall etc., no dice.

If anyone can help I would appreciate it.

if none of the files are in your directories, and you try to navigate to where the uploaded files should be, i suggest trying a different browser (opera/mozilla/ie if one fails try another)

Thanks for the tip. Opera will let me do upload and download files via the standard upload but crashes when trying to load the multi-file applet. I'll try another.

Another issue some hosts use software that deletes files over a certain size or filetype. They wont reject so you wont know untill after you look in the dir and they arent there.

I think my problem is java related with settings on my computers.
Netscape and IE won't upload at all
Opera will upload standard but the multi-upload java applet crashes
Moz. does the same but the java applet gives me the broken image and says I need to install x-java-vm even after I install it.
