Hello every1. Telcoweb terminated my account becouse i had an animal "movie" leading to their dialer on my site. (There were also 100's of other normal movies). However, they emailed me to remove "beast" movies. I removed them in 1 hour after they sent email. They terminated me. And will not payout. (about $5000).

So guys tell me why is everyone using animal
movies for dialers if this is so illegal? This is illegal in USA. IF u're hosted in USA then you can get in serious trouble. I'm thinking of totally remove my beast category. Maybe we will end up in jail becouse of those hardcore animal images on our server someday. So guys PLEASE suggest what to do, not about telco, about animals.

Thanks

Beast is not illegal in florida because there is a Noc 45 mins from me who hosts 3 dedicated paysite servers of beast. Its only illegal in some stats and countries but not the whole USA however its kinda taboo and personally i think its sick. However you have to consult the telcoweb TOS to determine what is allowed not what webmasters think.

Toker,

Beast might not be illegal on a Federal level, but it is against AT&T guidelines.

If AT&T were to see a dialer with beast images on it, they would issue a takedown letter immediately.

Hey Telco NOC, I understand your rules now etc. But you could have warn us before and we would remove it immediately. However You see some people say it's legal in many states of america it's only illegal in some. Maybe You Should specify that. When we start using the dialer. What EXACTLY is legal and what is not. I'm ure 99% of telco users still don't actually understand this rule. Even i have still many questions.

My Point of view is still, that u should force resellers to msg etc. to all webmasters immediately to remove beast links, to remove words like: lolita, young etc. This was not cool just deleting me. And not paying me like $5000. If someone would just send ONE warning message we would remove it immediately.

Are your marketing strategies so pathetic, that you need to use beasty pics to sell...Just write off the 5 grand and start over. I have said it before. If the loss of 5 grand is going to put you out on the streets, then you need to rethink your business model. If you are about to embark on something that is questionable, then it probably is if you live in the USA.

Good luck to you.

How would this sound in their terms?
"Please do not break our rules. If you are caught breaking the rules we would have to give you a warning not to break our rules again"

:D :D :D
If the reseller you used did not have any terms regarding beast then it is your resellers responsibility to pay you and take it as a loss

Hey Due, You got your point. It's true reseller did NOT have this in terms and conditions. So wasn't aware of that.

So i think they still made a mistake. Telco should deal this with my reseller not with me personally. Maybe they shouldn't pay him, but they could warn me, tell me the terms and conditions, which my reseller didn't have written correctly. And they would pay me out the money.

What u think?

A link to the program rules are located inside every dialer email which is mailed to you regularly. The rules are simple - beastiality is illegal in most countries on earth and it its totally outlawed by us. YOU WILL NEVER BE PAID BY US if you display any form of it on the same page as the dialer more importantly we might even make legal proceedings against you if you breach any one of our program rules.

Our stance on this is strong and no amount of threads on this board will change it.

IGNORANCE is a crime in this business and it's people like you that spoil it for the webmasters that do follow the rules.

If you signup for any of our programs again we will take legal action against you. What part of BANNED dont you understand?

I agree with Telcoweb! if they dont show beast content then the advertiser should not be using beast pics-movies to promote the dialer simple as that! I Would not pay that TY guy either! as he is spamming other content wich i belive telcoweb does not promote so he SHOULD LOOSE that $5000.00 and make a example to all, now if telcoweb did have beast content on their site then i would say they would have to pay him but i bet that is not the case here!

It is shitty for you that you won't get paid, there is no question there.. But you have to look at the underlying purpose for these strict regulations.. They are what is going to keep a company alive over the next 10 years and what will kill it.. So as unfair as it seems, maybe it is time we cleaned up this biz a little bit. Well concerning anyone wanting to use a dialer goes.. In my mind, it is about time!

Jeez always somone who will pick off anything they can get for a buck...

Another thing i didnt think about is where your host is locacted it could also be illegal and threfore you could still be violating laws. Best thing before getting into the forbidden taboo is to do your research and if you arent sure get legal advice from a qualified person.

I did not know about the AT&T deal really but then again i dont use dialers so im not to worried about AT&T regulations. I also think fuckin horses and dogs is more twisted then bangin your sister so i can see why AT&T might be against it.
