12 hours of downtimes today and yesterday, they don't answer any emails. I'm starting to move all my domains to other place... Damn, they are simply killing my biz.

Are you on virtual or dedicated? I have been away but my traffic isn't really down. So I don't think the dedicateds are down.

Nothing. Moreover I tried to call all available numbers, they don't pick up the phone. Yesterday's downtime was 6:00pm - 10:00pm i.e. looked like maintenance of a backbone provider, today's downtime started approx. at 3:10pm and is lasting so far, now server time is 2:05am

Could it be your ISP?
I haven't noticed anything on my servers with them. They are running smooth as always

it looks like yesterday they had backbone maintainance (why is a big party like dynamic not multihomed !?) but today the problem is specific to your server i think...

trace runs, so network is in place.

It is up again. As far as I understand this downtime affected some (or all) servers that have "ai.net" in server name. Check your graphs.

I just checked my bandwith graph and other stats. I had no downtime on my dedicated ai.net
