please help me with my movie clips

Hi All,

I am asking for some advice please. I have added mpg's for download to my site, but when you try to download them they just stop at about 100k and the download box closes! I have my own dedicated server and I have spoken to my hosting company and they reckon this nothing to do with the server. Does anybody have any clue why this is happening? It is driving me mad! Any ideas anybody may have would really help me.

Well if you post a url to try ..that may help a bit so someone on here can also try it.

I didn't post the url as the video clips are inside a paysites members area - I think I have sorted out the problem though. My sites have been getting busier over the last few weeks and this has been putting a strain on my server. RAM usage has been getting very high, and any task that is using a large amount of ram (such as downloading a video clip) is being killed off. I'm having another 1024Mb of RAM installed and hopefully this will cure the problem.
