My site - http://www.elitelist is doing very well, but no where near where I want it.

Could some of you people maybe take a look and make some suggestions?

I am using scorpion 2.

I run an 11,000 member message board, don't worry I have a good tollerance for off topic replies. Some suggestions would be helpfull though
