We use numerous sponsors, some of which use CCBill as their credit card processor. But for some strange reason, cheques issued to us by CCBill are continually being returned to CCBill for insufficient address. Despite the fact that we inputted our address correctly when we signed up and when we check "Edit Profile" our correct address appears. But when cheques are issued by CCBill part of the address field is cut off. We have addressed our concerns previously to CCBill but the problem continues. We have no problem getting cheques from ibill, globill or from sponsors directly, only with CCBill. I don't think its intentional but just incompetence. However, its damn annoying and I am fed up. If any other webmasters are having same problem please post your concerns. Hopefully, CCBILL will take notice and fix this ridiculous problem.
