Email Sponsor and Email List

I am planning on starting to gather my own email lists. I am looking for anyone else that has done this before and that can pass along some tips and tricks. I am tired of some email sponsors shaving like crazy and if they are paying 1.00 an email they have to be making some decent money. I will keep everyone posted on how it goes. But in the mean time, if someone can help me out with what script to use and some tips, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

First, a sure way to get subscribers is to offer xx new pics mailed to them every day or week and tell them that they're going to get discounts and special offers at paysites (which helps advertising paysites a lot, increasing signup ratios.)

Thanks, also should I do daily emailings or like a few times a week. I am going to list some galleries and shit that I build so they at least get some content and then have paysite links and shit.

The trick to getting people from free sites (like TheHun or TGPs) and people in general that want free stuff, is to give them exactly what they want. Free stuff. Sure, give them hardcore and anything they'd like.

But don't give more than a couple of pics, so even if they get off they might wanna visit your sponsor(s).

Another thing is that by giving them things for free and with a newsletter talking to them in person (well, make it so it seems personal) is that you gain a certain kind of trust. They'll then after a while think of you as trustworthy.

So if you then send out a seperate mail one day, again talking to them and being nice, you can suggest a paysite (sponsor) for example. So you mail them with this "special offer".. and they get it.. from their "trustworthy old Joe".. and sure enough, tons of them signup, trusting your word that the site is great!

Oh yes I forgot that part *sheepish grin*

I'd have thought that that was obvious hehe.
And best is to have your own paysite, general niche (or, well, depending on the target of your lists.. i.e where they come from? Your celeb TGP? Ah you get the point.) and be able to offer real discounts. That'll make them feel worth something and somehow feel a part of something. Trust me. Simple marketing logic :-)

And for $299 it doesn't seem like a bad deal. Anyone have any feedback on this particular script? I think I am going to go with it. Thanks
