I got their check returned to me as NSF today. It was written on jan.7th. I have written to every email I can find, but I haven't heard back as of yet.

Does anyone know for sure that the account is ok now? Did anyones checks clear AFTER the bouncing period?

I ask cause I just deposited another check, and also got a new one today.

yeah I had a check come back this week also for the period 01/06 - 01/12. Bank tried 3 times over a week and no luck getting it through. Just 3 checks to get in and I am done with them. Almost worth to fly to FL and cash them.

I hate to beat a dead horse here with my first post (I have been lurking for about 6 months now) but I to was effected by the recent melee with Click Cash. I am currently trying to redeposit a bounced check however today when I called to verify funds I couldnt even get 1,000 dollars to clear. For those of you that have contact with the CC reps are you aware of another bank error? Any information would be appreciated.

Well unless there is a problem with the banks automated system they don't even have a dollar in that account. I am going to wait until after 12 noon EST and check again. There is no reason for that account to be empty when so many checks and some bad checks have been issued. I hope this is an error or a lot more checks will be coming back soon. :(

I just spoke with Sheena at Bank Atlantic, Lake WOrth Fl....and she says its ok to redeposit the checks....was unwilling to explain why it says there is no money in that account.

So maybe this was a bank fuckup afterall.

Hmm :confused: I just spoke to a rep at the main offices of Bank Atlantic and was told funds were not available in that account. So I did as Traffic W did and called the local branch in Lake Worth and the rep there said "yea go ahead and deposit that" yet was very evasive when I asked why the main office and automated line was telling me not to deposit the check. I emailed Tim so I will wait for his repsonse. If there is a bank error and the only office that shows funds is the local office these checks could still be kicked back in error.

I know the big webmasters are sick of hearing about CC :p so I will stop posting about them untill I hear from Tim. For others in the same situation I am in its your call.
