whats the best free host with TGP gallery Submitions only in mind ?

Im looking for a free host which MUST HAVE FTP ACCESS, and is reliable + has minimal banners(relative term, ie. the one with the least).


It's only goingto be for posting galleries to tgps, so the cleanest top ad ones would be the best.
