Mine are clearing even on the old account (so far). I called the local Bank Atlantic branch in Florida and was told to deposit the checks. When I inquired as to why the account showed no funds she replied theres reasons for that but couldn't explain and said to go ahead deposit the checks that I have. An associate of mine also spoke with Tim on the phone yesterday at CC. Tim advised him as well to deposit the checks the funds are there.

Third hand information from me I know but I just wanted to post and let you know the information I had as of 1:00 PM EST 2/13

The Rookie

well yesterday I also received a bounced check with the note that there are no sufficient funds on webpower´s (clickcash´s) bank account...

I really dont know what to do as I´m not sure I understand what you told us to do?!
Like why should I try to redeposit the check when my local bank already sent it back to me telling me they got problems to cash it?!

For any help I´d be more then thankful!

thx,
Enlighter

Enlighter I am not telling anyone to do anything I don't want people pissed at me if more checks bounce I am not affiliated with CC other then being a webmaster affiliate. I was simply conveying the information that was given to me for information purposes only. Personaly they told me it was ok to deposit the check. "I" am going to deposit it and hope it doesn't come back. You have to decide for yourself. It sucks we have to go through this in the first place. Good luck..

The Rookie

Call the local branch. 1-561-434-0122 (US-Florida) tell them your getting conflicting information. They advised me the funds were there but werent being reported to the automated system.

Let us know what they tell you

The Rookie
I've just redeposited a couple of smallish cheques that already bounced. Links have since been taking down from my sites and I've moved on. I'll let you know if they clear second time. Shit's happened once too often to stay with them and the cookie tracking (when it works at all) misses the 60% of browsers not cookie enabled.

Tim from clickcash just told me that there is no problem with the check I deposited yesterday and that he is replacing the 5 bounced checks today per fedex.

We will see.

I know nothing of this situation.
I have delt with similar situations in the offline world. I have been told a few times that when a company files for restructuring that their bank accounts will show no cash, but the checks will clear because they are backed by another company. I was paid for several months this way until the restructuring company went under also.
Like I said I know nothing about clickcash, but this is what first comes to my mind as its been my past experience.

is there anything worse than a bounced cheque after all that hard work?
