anyone know whats up with ccbill? im getting all kinds of mysql errors and shit in the stats interface, and signups are way down today for several people i know.

be nice if they'd at least email people & say whats up.

I've been after them for awhile.

They've been refusing valid credit cards...

From Canada, yet. Telling me I don't know my own freaking address.

I wrote both Kimmy-Kim and Support many, many hours ago..haven't heard back.

Even their support forms on their site, don't work.

May be a major back end overhaul, but yeah, they should keep us informed..even a nice mass letter or something

if you have a problem with stats then please email support@ccbill.com with the account number and either a cut and paste of the error code and the url you were accessing or a screen shot. If the problem isn't widespread (and I'm not saying it isn't, I just got home from spending time with my son so I don't know yet) then the only way we can track it is with your help.
