UCJ again

Hi all,
can anybody tell me how UCJ counts hits?
My script never send surfer to the same trader so I send only uniques. But when I checked how UCJ works, it sent me 3 times to the same trader => only 1 unique and 2 lost hits.
My UCJ powered traders send me back only 60% of hits I sent them. I'm loosing a lot of traffic on them.
Can anybody please help me?

the best trades i have are UCJ :P however there are some that send back 60% or less, just small sites i guess.. anyway it shouldnt send back the same surfer
