I know after they got sued they came back with 25$/membership program... wich didn't convert too good for me...

it wasn't just that they were sued - as i recall, the fbi and the ftc were into them for fraud and illegal billing...

i think it all got settled, but supposedly they were billing people that had cancelled, and not allowing some people to cancel their memberships at all.

You gotta give it upto Xpics, they did pay us all a LOT of money. At the time they were bigger than anybody else.
