actually you cannot claim that design...

eventhough its very simular then your're not the originator...

table design, links etc. is everymans design... do some graphics and make something not a million others do and you can claim its yours...

just my 2 cents!

Even though it's not much of a design to steal, it's pretty obvious he has copied most of it from Eskimoen.

Well, the layout is pretty much the same, but I'm not sure if using the same colors and font can be considered as "stealing". I mean I've seen that combination of colors in a lot of sites and the font Verdana isn't exactly what I'd call "original". btw, I've registered the alphabet, so you're not allowed to post anything unless you pay me! :)

Thats a total rip right down to the shitty over compressed logo design..

I would bitch to his sponsors and make sure he dont get paid and if they dont do sit about it img src his sponsor codes. ;)

I thought that logo looked very over-comprssed myself until I marked it and saw that it is just text with CSS outline.

yup, it's just text :) But take a look at the javascript, which I coded myself. it's not much, but he didn't even change it a bit. The variabels are the same, the function name is the same, and the "from names" are the same.

The most funny part is the he claims to have stolen it from "some spanish site". So I guess it's not only him who likes my design :)

Btw it's a shitty design ;) I have 60% prod on freepussyspics

Ah good eye i didnt even stay long enuff to look at the logo that well just took a quick glimpse myself and in 30 secs i could see it was an exact rip..
