I-Bill Fed EX Out Of Country?

I am in the US and get my checks via Fed Ex.. going to be leaving the country soon, does anyone here outside the US get their I-Bill checks via Fed Ex? Or is it just a US webmaster thing?

I am in the UK, I normally get my Ibill checks about a week after they are issued, they are sent by normal US mail.
