i started back in 1997,,, that is the same time i bought my firt Packard bell PC 133 mhz with 1.2 gig harddrive...after a few short weeks i got introduced to the internet,,,i was amazed,,, then i wanted learn how i could make money from it,,,
first i started the main stream market by lookin into MLM and all the other crap proggies,,,

it was a joke,,never made a dime,,,then one day while surfering porn pictures on a free host,,,it had a link that says build your own porn site for FREE,,, off course i signed up,,,
Got me book called
"how to build a web page in a weekend"
found out a good sponser called "XPICS"
and well the rest as they say was history :)

Mine is pretty simple too actually... I started playing with computers on a Commodore 64, anyone remember those? Or did I just show my age? I took a programming course, I got all A's in it but it was boring to me, so I quit...... I went thru the 8088's, 286, 386 and then landed me a 486 in 96 and found the net..... somehow I got addicted to the internet in a not so positive way, spending over 200 hours a month in a chathouse. Had a breakdown.... you name it.

My fascination for the internet and computers didn't go away so I decided to make something positive from it. Mind you in all this time, I had NEVER surfed a porn site, never watched very many porn movies, just never was into all that, they embarrassed me to tears. BUT one night in July of 99, we seen a thing on TV where this couple was making a fortune showing their nude videos and all this time I was a stay at home mom watching my hubby struggle to pay bills but hell bent on not leaving my kids in a daycare, so he asked me if I could run porn sites.

I knew a little html but that was about it, but I wanted so desperately to raise my kids and make money too so we talked about it for a week, I talked to my close friends and my oldest kids to make sure they knew what I was thinking and see if they had ANY problems with it....... no one did so I started....... and when I started I was only about targeting women, I never spent money on content and to this day have spent VERY little...... I played a "I showed you mine, now you show me yours" game and men started sending their pics in in droves, and then women did ............ sooo...... here I am.........

Boring I know, but that is my story and I am sticking to it. lol

if you don't know where the clit is then don't worry about it's not that important,,i mean who cares if she doesn't gets hers aslong as you get yours right?


if your defination of super clean is like the thehun sites then only thing is patience,,,it might take you years to get a nice steady flow of traffic,,,the only other way i feel is that you can start learning how to make feeder sites in lieu of gallery posting

1. to be perfectly honest with you alot times people don't tell you how much they make is that it ain't that much to be proud of... some people can say they make 20 sign ups a day but do you believe them? the same goes for traffic,, they never have what they say they have..
if you wanna start in this biz then basically your like 3 years too late,,,its like 100 times harder now,,, don't expect to get anything out of it,,, just keep it as a hobby and you won't get frustrated as much..

2. start with a good free host,, sign with a sponser that offers free content and just practice the art of webmastering

I've been in this business for years. I Remember the good old days when Xpics was around, back when ClickCash offered the 2.5 per unique program, I thought I was in heaven when they offered 4 cents for that one site. Back when Hypercash had the good 4 cents per unique, and when Serge was the basic King of porn.

I recall days when I could post 1 picture to PicPost and make tons of cash. I remember one day where I got 3 pics posted to PicPost.com and PicturePost.com and made $800 I could not believe it, I made $800 with 3 banner links to SwedishBucks.

I also remember my first website hosted on tripod, I made it with a couple banners and 200-300 textlinks to free porn sites, I made 4-5 sales a day by just telling people about it on IRC etc.

Back in the day the only kind of traffic you couldn't convert is anyone without a credit card. Back when people were "unsure" of the net, they bought better now, but I guess where there thousands of people promoting porn, its harder to convert. Market is very satuerated.

Anyone remember years ago just sitting at the Ynot board? I used to live there :D

so I used cyberthrill... unfortunately, I was cheating them ROFL...

so I decided to do celebs site, cuz I loved celebs... so I went around, and asked like 20 guys if they made any money to pay for the server fees... since I was hosting on geocities... nobody answered.... but Gerco Marsh... the biggest Celeb guy back then...

he also even went to the point of chatting with me, and telling me I shouldn't use Xpics, but a celeb sponsor... and that freehost wasn't gonna bring me anywhere, that I should have a host... so he gave me hosting in exchange of a banner for 1000 hits a month or something ;)

first month I made 400$, second 2500, then it took off... and went down a few years after hehe... now it's WAY DOWN , but hey, it'll be back up one day :)

I guess I got lucky and could pay myself more than 1 more movie ticket/month hehe

first of all that is a real nice site,,
but your pictures are way to big in size
some of them are over 100k,,,,that java pop up picture is not a good idea,,,

doing a paysite first is really a bad move because you have learned the ropes yet,,
when your running a paysite you gonna relize that intial sign ups are easy,,the hardest thing is maintaining membership retention,,

surfer like to see hard pics and lot of movie feeds,,,and stuff like that can be expensive...

as far as traffic,,,the easiest is promote some of your original content on galleries and submit them to TGP's which is the easiest...

once you get a good membership retension of at least 3 months average then you can start promoting it to other webmasters for like 50/50 sign ups,,
