its level3 backbone. 1/8th of the net is down ...

not sure how long. trying to find out. its got nothing to do with us.
level3 is a network that has setup backbone connections accros the states

I can't say I noticed any drops. traffic did just not increase that much yesterday. only around 25% or something.

Yesterday I droped 15k almost 50% of my traffic cause of that shit. thankfully it is going back up today.
