Sponsors that does not pay for all your hits/signups

As it has become a great problem that more and more sponsors is not paying for traffic from all countries, and most of them is not honest enough to tell in there rules, I would like to make a list we can all share. I am not going to waste more add space and bandwidth, so I will only show adds to the visitors that I can actually make money on. So if some sponsor only wants to pay for UK and US traffic I will only show the banners visitors from UK and US. I am them going to use my add space to advertise for some other sponsor when the surfer is from another country. Please state all the sponsors you know is “shaving” traffic from sudden countries I will make a list. Lets beat them in there own game. :D

I know there might be a difference between the clicks on your banners and your sponsor’s stats. Most sponsors counts on 2. or 3. page and only counts unique in the program for 24 - 72 hours or more. What interest me is sponsors that filters traffic from sudden countries and does not pay you for that traffic. So if I got a visitor from Spain he would see a banner to a program that pays for Spanish traffic instead of a program that redirects him to a dialer or something without paying me.
